This is a support service for expanding the desired mindset and behavior within the organization towards the eventual goal of completing the business or management mission which the executive is responsible for.
The focus is on the questions which govern human thinking and behavior. Together with the executive, we will find the questions which all members of the organization should continually have at the front of their minds, and support the deployment dialogue using these questions as the medium within the organization, and expanding the mindset and behavior that the executive wants to permeate the organization.
This support provides guidance on simple ways of conducting the necessary dialogue without long time constraints or intensive training, for effective questions and dialogue without unreasonable effort.
With dialogue only among persons within an organization, there is the risk that the dialogue will gradually produce fewer discoveries and changes. For this reason, we invite guest speakers as appropriate, and bring different perspectives from outside experts into the organization.
In order to consider the results and issues of these activities, and the next approach to take, we hold regular meetings between the executive at the top of the organization and our company, and design and carry out the next approach tailored to the circumstances.
Unlike a general curriculum which is set from the beginning without consideration for the actual conditions of the company or organization, we will design contents that fit the unique circumstances of each individual client company.
