Origin and Meaning of the Company Name
Passion has two meanings.
One is the enthusiasm that an executive has for the business and company.
The other is the ordeals that every executive encounters at times.
Quest also has two meanings.
One has the nuance of the searching and adventure that a business operator experiences through business activities.
The other is the questions that produce the thinking and decisions of a business operator.
“Quest” is said to be the origin of the word “Question.”
I consider the everyday experience of a business operator to be a close combination of enthusiasm and ordeals.
In bad weather and good, Passion Quest supports the searching that results in the realization of the ideals and objective envisioned by a business operator. Passion Quest also supports your decision-making and ideas as a business operator with a team of experts in a wide range of fields.
Based on my upbringing watching my father as a small and medium business operator, I have experience as a secretary to the officers of a company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In addition, as a professional coach, I have experience working one-on-one coaching a wide range of business operators, ranging from top management of corporations with tens of thousands of employees to operators of companies with several dozen employees.
Passion Quest has created a unique multi-disciplinary team, including myself with this kind of experience as the representative, and together with other members with whom I have developed relationships of trust over many years, and we provide full-character support from 360 degrees for business operators.
