Passion Quest Orchestra® is a new type of support for business operators that is similar to but unique from executive coaching and has the following features.

With executive coaching, ordinarily a single responsible coach converses with the business operator. However with Passion Quest Orchestra®, it is the conductor who interacts with the business operator. The conductor makes full use of coaching skills as an element technique, however he is not limited by the traditional methods and framework of coaching, and provides flexible support to the business operator. While the conductor regularly meets one-on-one with the business operator, he occasionally holds sessions with invited expert guests. The conductor is also not limited to one-on-one coaching, and can conduct group sessions and training involving client company management or employees.

Sessions are generally held in an office, by Zoom or other work space, or in a conference room.

Sessions are not limited to offices, conference rooms, and Zoom, and can be held in all kinds of locations. For example, gain inspiration by participating in a tour of another company’s workplace, hold discussions in a bamboo forest or Japanese garden, or discuss while encountering paintings, music, theater, or other art.

The responsible coach asks a wide variety of questions.

A wide variety of questions are asked with the backbone being the expertise, learning, viewpoints, and perspective developed by the responsible coach.

Because sessions are conducted involving multiple experts who have a wide variety of knowledge and backgrounds, the questions asked and viewpoints presented are likely to be more diverse and richer than support provided by an individual coach.

Coaching services are provided to the single individual designated in the contract.

Support starts with one-to-one discussion with the business operator in the contract, however it is possible to designate other management personnel or employees as service recipients later as necessary.

While conducting regular one-on-one discussions with the business operator, being able to simultaneously conduct training, coaching, consulting, and other services for designated management or employees in parallel enables more detailed discussions with the business operator.
